I’ve become a soy milk girl all the way when it comes to smoothies and shakes, more for the taste than the non-dairy aspect, but I know there are A LOT of people I know who just can’t stand the taste of soy milk, so feel free to substitute your favorite choice of milk if needed.
Throw all your ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Yep. That’s really all it takes. Easy peasy, am I right?!
I love this recipe because it only takes a few ingredients, it’s fast enough to make in the morning on the way out the door, and just like a little black dress, it’s incredibly simple to either pour into a simple tumbler or dress up and turn into a fancy treat fit for a Starbucks queen!
